Syntax:

        SP CC
        The title of the message
        CC: oh3nwq @ oh3rbr.fin.eu
        CC: sysop @ oh2nxx.fin.eu
        CC: 3B8FB @ 3B8FP.MRU.AF
        The message as normal.
        ^Z

Notice that CC:-lines must start with capital letters.
This programme seeks from the first line of the text if it has CC: for
its first three characters. If so it will copy the whole message to
the callsign in the line. You can have these CC: lines as many as you like,
but they must be on successive lines starting from line 1.

The messages that CC:-server sends are of private type. You can't send
bulletins.

Sysop: This progamme should be placed to a directory that is in the PATH
E.g. \fbb\bin and must be called in the init.srv file as the reqfil reqdir
and all the other drivers are called.
